Called Project Anarchy, the toolset enables developers (or #HKUiSAD students) to develop and publish games on iOS and Android. The toolset can be installed from here.
Havok™ announces today that it has publicly launched Project Anarchy, Havok’s complete end-to-end mobile 3D game production engine.
